Shipping Policy

For shipping rates outside the lower 48 US States, the lowest possible rate is chosen and the customer pays for the actual cost of shipping

For Alaska, Hawaii or the US Territories:
We will contact you with any additional charge for shipping via UPS/FedEx/USPS. This additional charge will show up separately on your credit card invoice

There is no minimum order amount.

Your order should be processed within three business days after placement. If all of the products in your order are in stock, your shipment should arrive within two weeks. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.

Please note -- while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, Direct Tools & Fasteners cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!

Return Policy

OUR GUARANTEE: We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a credit or refund. Just send the item back to us by UPS/FedEx/USPS or insured Parcel Post along with the original packing slip. Please call us at 1-818 500-8843 for the return address before you send the package. You will be notified as soon as your credit card has been credited. We can not pay for the return shipping costs.
