The intelligent sensor technology of the Optrel Orion OSE welding helmet face shield automatically adjusts the shade level between 9 to 13 depending on the measured light intensity of the arc; the user has the option of fine tuning or customizing this automatic adjustment by +/- shade level.
The Optrel Orion OSE is suitable for all arc welding processes including shielded metal arc welding, MIG/MAG welding, high melting rate process, flux core arc welding and TIG welding. It is not suitable for laser and oxy-gas welding.
